Terms and Conditions – Avorio Atelier

1. Company Details
Avorio Atelier, Company No. 311341044 (the “Company”).
2. The Website
The website avorioatelier.com (the “Site”) is an online platform for the sale of clothing, fashion items, and accessories.
3. Products
Products displayed on the Site are offered for sale subject to availability.
In some cases, a product may be out of stock despite being displayed on the Site. In such cases, the customer will be notified and offered an alternative or a full refund.
4. Acceptance of Terms
Use of the Site and placing an order are subject to full acceptance of these Terms.
By using the Site, you agree to all of its terms.
5. Changes to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The binding Terms are those published on the Site at the time of use.
6. Prices
All prices are listed in New Israeli Shekels (ILS), include VAT, and do not include shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
7. Promotions
The Company may offer promotions and discounts and may change or discontinue them at any time, including their terms and duration.
8. Use of the Site
These Terms apply to all use of the Site, from any device or location.
9. Information and Availability
The Site may contain inaccuracies or errors made in good faith, which shall not bind the Company.
10. Placing an Order
When placing an order, accurate and complete details must be provided.
Providing incorrect details may result in delays or failure of delivery, and the Company shall not be held responsible for this.
11. Order Confirmation
Final order confirmation will be provided only after stock verification and payment approval.
12. Minimum Age
Purchases on the Site are permitted for individuals aged 18 and over, or subject to the approval of a legal guardian.
13. Errors in Price or Description
In the event of a typographical error, pricing error, product description error, image discrepancy, or any other error on the Site, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.
The customer shall have no claim or demand in this regard.

Images on the Site are for illustration purposes only. Differences may exist between the displayed product and the actual product.
15. Fit and Personal Preference
Product suitability, including size, fit, fabric feel, comfort, and overall appearance, is subjective and depends on personal preference.
The Company is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from personal preference, without prejudice to cancellation rights under applicable law.
16. Use of Products
The Company is not responsible for use of the product contrary to care instructions, including washing, handling, and maintenance guidelines.
17. Delivery of Products
Products will be delivered via courier to the customer’s address or collected from a designated pickup point, according to the customer’s selection at checkout and with prior coordination.

Shipping fee: 35 ILS
Free shipping on orders over 549 ILS
19. Delivery Times
Delivery time is up to 5 business days.
Business days are Sunday–Thursday only and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, or holiday eves.
Delivery time begins once the order and payment have been confirmed.
For remote or restricted-access areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
20. Delivery Coordination
The customer is responsible for being available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
If delivery cannot be completed due to absence, incorrect address, or no response, an additional fee may apply for re-delivery.
21. Delivered Packages
The Company is not responsible for loss or theft of a package once it has been marked as “delivered” by the shipping provider.
In exceptional cases, the Company will assist in investigating the matter with the shipping provider, where possible.
22. Delays Beyond the Company’s Control
The Company shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including:
High demand periods, courier service issues, weather conditions, emergencies, war, hostilities, strikes, pandemics, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure.
23. Material Delay
In the event of a significant delay exceeding the stated delivery times, the customer may contact customer service for clarification, coordination of a new delivery date, or cancellation of the transaction, subject to applicable law.
24. Order Cancellation
Cancellation of a transaction shall be carried out in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
The customer may cancel a transaction within 14 days from receiving the product or from receiving the transaction details document—whichever is later.
25. Cancellation Process and Returns
To cancel a transaction, the customer must contact customer service via email, including full name, order number, and product details.
The Company will confirm receipt of the request.
Returns are accepted only if the product is new, unused, without defects, with original tags attached, and without any signs of washing, odor, dirt, or damage.
26. Refunds, Store Credit, and Cancellation Fees
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days from the date the returned product is received at the Company’s facilities, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
If a cancellation is not due to a defect or non-conformity, the Company may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.
If the cancellation is not due to a defect or non-conformity, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
In cases of defect or non-conformity, the Company will act in accordance with applicable law.
The customer may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.
27. Data Security and Privacy
The Company implements advanced security measures to protect customer privacy and payment information.
The Site’s Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms, and use of the Site constitutes agreement to the Privacy Policy as published on the Site.
28. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights on the Site, including its design, content, text, images, graphics, logo, trademarks, patterns, and designs, are the exclusive property of the Company.
No use may be made of these materials without prior written consent from the Company.

30. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and the use of the Site shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts in the Tel Aviv–Yafo district.
