Returns & Exchanges Policy – Avorio Atelier

General Conditions

Items may be returned or exchanged subject to the following conditions:

• The item has not been worn or used
  

• The original purchase tag is attached
  

• The item is intact, clean, and free of any signs of washing, odor, stains, or damage of any kind
  
  

Request Timeframe

A request for a refund or exchange may be made within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Return Process

Returns or exchanges must be coordinated in advance with customer service.

The Company may offer collection via courier on its behalf or provide an alternative return solution, depending on the nature of the request.

Return Costs

In the case of a cancellation not due to a defect or non-conformity:

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In the case of a defect or non-conformity:

The Company will act in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days from the date the returned item is received at the Company’s facilities,

minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS—whichever is lower, in accordance with applicable law.

Store Credit

Customers may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.

Store credit will be issued for the full value of the transaction and will be valid for two years from the date of issuance.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are made to order and are not available for immediate shipment.

Processing and delivery time: up to 14 business days.

This Returns Policy also applies to pre-order items, subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

This policy is subject to the Site’s Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
