Shipping Policy – Avorio Atelier
Thank you for shopping with Avorio Atelier.
We make every effort to deliver your order quickly, efficiently, and transparently.
Shipping Method
Orders are delivered via courier to the customer’s home or to the address provided at checkout, in accordance with the order details and with prior coordination.
Delivery Times
Delivery time is up to 5 business days from the date the order and payment have been confirmed.
Business days are Sunday–Thursday only and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, or holiday eves.
For remote locations and/or areas with limited accessibility (including Eilat, the Arava, the Golan Heights, and areas beyond the Green Line), delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Costs -
Shipping fee is 35 ILS per order.
Free shipping is available on orders over 549 ILS.
Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipping address at checkout.
The Company is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery Coordination
The customer is responsible for being available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
If delivery cannot be completed due to absence, no response, or incorrect address, an additional fee may apply for a re-delivery attempt.
Packages Marked as “Delivered”
The Company is not responsible for loss or theft of a package after it has been marked as “delivered” by the shipping provider.
In exceptional cases, the Company will assist in clarifying the issue with the shipping provider, where possible.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to high demand periods, courier service disruptions, weather conditions, emergencies, war, strikes, or force majeure events.
International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. The Company is not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities in the destination country.
